Andrius Rugevicius (PB8) is agent of a Group of Independent Observers and an artist working with audio, video and light.
This pseudonym is a visual progression of ornaments, based on one of the personal algorithms of minimalism.
P has one ‘belly’; B has two; 8 is an ornament that allows individual interpretations.
Pseudonym is a 'code' for understanding author’s work. For me, the main feature of minimalism is a system of repetition (a loop) that regularly adopts new elements and carries to the irreturnability, an interpretation of entity.
I practice it in my audiovisual work.
