hearing<\/strong> of the detailed planning of the lot organized by company UAB Rojaus Apartamentai provokes presence of even more representatives of diverse communities who gather with concerns, that planning solutions presented in the developers proposal\u00a0 violate\u00a0 the\u00a0 main\u00a0 condition\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 State property land lease agreement where \u201cthe land lot can only be used for economic activities, associated with the mission of the cinema theater<em>\u201d<\/em>. As in the developer\u2019s proposal the cinema Lietuva is planned to be demolished and large part of the state land redeveloped into the building of dwellings and commercial premises, more than sixty alternative proposals are presented by community leaders, activists and citizens, who suggest to preserve cultural and public space for the future generations.
