Phd, Prof., Head of Department of Philosophy and Head of Centre of Cultural Anthropology at Siauliai University. In his theoretical activities Gintautas Mazeikis has developed complex interdisciplinary approach to various subjects of research: critics of symbolic and metaphoric modes of thought; theories of propaganda; history of Rennaissance philosophy; history of occult philosophy; cultural anthropology of the city. Gintautas Mazeikis analyses postinstitutional, noninstitutional forms of art, postmodern art criticism, crossroads of web projects. |
